Cut in our own factory · Somersby, NSW
Gardens curve.
So does our steel.
Corten and galvanised edging, tree rings and fire pieces — laser-cut to your garden's real shape, sold direct.
What we make
Everything below is cut and formed in the same factory, from the same steel.
The part nobody else does
Everyone else sells you a size. We're happy to cut yours.
Draw your beds in the Designer and it works out the exact lengths, joiners and pegs — curves included — then puts them in your cart. No enquiry form, no waiting on a price list.
Or send a sketch on the back of an envelope. We'll cut to your dimensions and quote the lot.
No drill. No screws. No swearing.
One spanner. Or nothing at all.
Every hole is laser-cut before it leaves the factory — nothing to measure, mark or drill. Which is just as well, because drilling corten in your own backyard is a job you only volunteer for once.
InfinityEdge bolts through pre-cut holes with the plate hidden behind the join, so a 10mm spanner is the entire toolkit. Tree rings have brackets welded inside — a couple of stainless bolts and you're done. LazyEdge doesn't even need the spanner; the lengths slide together by hand. The name wasn't an accident.
Before you buy anything rusty
Ask the thickness. Then ask the grade.
Weathering steel rusts to a point and then largely stops. Mild steel just rusts, and keeps going. At week one in a listing photo they look identical.
Ours is 2mm rolled-top or 3mm flat, in BlueScope REDCOR®, 350 MPa structural grade. If a listing won't tell you both numbers, that's your answer.
Tree Rings
Rolled in one piece. No visible join.
Most rings are screwed together from segments, and you can see every seam. Ours are rolled to diameter in one piece — the only join faces the soil, and the worms have never complained. Self-locating brackets are welded in, so it's a couple of stainless bolts and you're done.
