6mm Retain Skins Garden Edging - Corten (Rusty Weathering Steel)

These 6mm x 118mm, 190mm or 300mm (High) Corten weathering steel strips are 2.4-Metres (2400mm) long to deliver a beautiful, long-lasting solution to many Landscaping projects; 
(we can also produce 3000mm long lengths but these will need to be pickup from our Factory in Somersby as 2400mm is the longest length we can ship)

These 6mm thick lengths will need to be welded onsite, if welding isn't possible, please look at our 3mm premium edging which has all supporting joining/corner options.

We can cut these lengths to your custom requirements, or perhaps you have a specific height?

• Note: These are cut raw (silver metal finish) - Over time (a few weeks) you will see the silver finish rust over with a beautiful even rust coating. Once this happens the material is sealed and stops the rust process.

1. Grab your Tape measure 
   Measure up the length of your garden beds, add all of these measurements together and you will have your Total Lineal Meter requirement. 
   Then divide this total number by 2.4 (The length of our edging pieces). 
   Eg. 30-meters divided by 2.4 = 12.5 lengths required (we would recommend rounding up to 13)
2. Joiners - These 6mm lengths will require welding into position on site. If you require a system with Joiners, Corners & Pegs, please look at our 2mm or 3mm range.
3. After order support! 
   If you order edging from us and start your project and realise you didn't buy enough pegs or joiners, simply call or send us an email. 
   You pay for the additional joiners or pegs and we will pay for the freight - Free
   
   Still confused? Scribble your plan onto a piece of paper, take a photo - We LOVE pictures of your scribbles & your spaces (truly, we could be a little strange).

Can this be flexed into curved garden beds?

Our 6mm product is very straight and very rigid. Please contact us if you would like curves as we can roll these on our machines to create curves.
They do have some flex, but due to their thickness, it a difficult process by hand. 
If you need to create shapes easily, our 2mm or 3mm range is your best option.

We refuse to sell inferior 1.5mm lightweight product. Shipping well made heavy product is expensive, we assume why its unpopular. 
Economies of scale allow us to offer these discounted shipping rates. 

How does this get delivered?

For Palletised Orders >70kg

We strap and wrap your order on a pallet (skid) and we send it (we've shipped all over Australia).
Our carrier will arrive with a tail lift and pallet jack, they will unload it and wheel it onto your property, this means our carrier will require a hard surface to unload. They will NOT leave the package on the street, footpath or any other area deemed unsafe. 
We have great carriers, these are real-people and they want to help, but please be realistic. They can't risk their health to manually lift items into locations.

For Hand-Parcel orders <70kg
These items will be wrapped and sent via a hand parcel delivery.
